MEXICO
Our Baja Mexico property is located in the town of Los Barriles at the Villas de Cortez resort which offers world class Marlin and sport fishing that begins at the dock just a short walk from your back door. In the winter months exceptional wind surfing and kite boarding bring visitors from all around the world to catch the wind. A quaint friendly safe community that is reminiscent of the Cabo San Lucas of thirty years ago before progress found it. Located on the Sea of Cortez just 40 minutes north of the San Jose del Cabo airport. The Villas de Cortez resort condominiums adjoin the world famous Palmas de Cortez resort. Our guest have full access to all the amenities of the resort. Ride quads up the beach, to the desert waterfalls or to the exceptional snorkeling spots all just a short adventure away. Sea turtles lay their eggs right in front of the Villas and then the hatchling make their trek to the sea forty five days later. The town has modern grocery stores, gas station, medical clinics and banks. The area which is called the East Cape has a variety of restaurants to choose from with fresh authentic dishes that are truly an epicurean delight. The Villas de Cortez Suite 1106 offers free long distance phone service to the states along with Dish Premium channels. The unit is divided into two main living areas, the living room and master bedroom and is just under 1200 square feet. It offers two bathrooms and sleeps six persons.

MOUNT HOOD OREGON
Our Mountain property is located at the Collins Lake Resort in the Village of Government Camp Oregon at the heart of the Mount Hood wilderness. The Chalet is 45 minutes east of Portland Oregon at an elevation of 4,000 feet. In the winter all three of the world class ski resorts Timberline, Mount Hood Meadows and Ski Bowl (which has a shuttle pick up outside our front door) can be reached within a few minutes from the resort. Ski passes, Snow shoeing, tubing and snowmobiling are all offered at the office. Our Chalet is right next door to the club house that offers a heated pool, sauna and hot tub as well as direct access to the path to the jetted pool located in the forest under the evergreen trees. After the snow melts the hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, horseback riding, and alpine slides at the adventure park with it's many other activities replace the winter fun. The Chalet has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The unit offers 1200 square feet of living area and a tandem two car garage. The Chalet sleeps up to nine people.
